Exchange or Returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you have 14 days to return or exchange any item.

If this is the case, please notify us within 7 days of receipt of the item and return the item within 14 days of receipt unworn and in its original packaging.
Please, note, that each item apart from earrings will have security label attached to it. The security label can not be re-attached after being taken off as it is designed to break when taken off. The items with broken security tag will not be accepted for exchange or return.

Bespoke and on sale items cannot be returned or exchanged, however, we are happy to discuss alterations at a cost to the customer.

In case of international returns, customs duties/taxes must be paid by the customer.

To arrange a return please email studio@nowyouseemejewellery.com quoting your name, address, details of the product, the reason for the return and whether you require a return or a replacement.

Once received, a refund or exchange will be offered to the full value of your purchase minus any import duties or sales taxes incurred. All refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. The original postage costs will not be refunded unless the item you received is faulty.

Please, be aware that we can not accept the responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
