Orders and Delivery

Orders

All nowyouseeme by Katarzyna Regel pieces are designed and made in the UK and can be ordered on our website, www.nowyouseemejewellery.
Items in stock will be shipped immediately while items not currently in stock, it will be made to order.

For the items that are not in stock we require the following timescales to dispatch:

  • All items made of 18 kt yellow and white 18 kt gold (10-15 working days)
  • All items made of 18 kt rose gold (15-20 working days)

If an item is not in stock we will contact you with an estimated delivery date. However, if an item is made sooner than expected, it will be shipped immediately and you will be notified.

Orders placed during holiday season will take longer to fulfil than the allotted time window.

Please, note, that our workshop is closed between 21 December to 05 January.

If you need something urgently, please, email us at studio@nowyouseemejewellery.com to check if we could expedite your shipment. Please, also email us if you have a specific question regarding availability, sizing, or anything else.

Deliveries

All orders will require a signature upon delivery by the currier service. Also, please, notice that the parcels can not be redirected once shipped as well as can not be delivered to a secure locker or a delivery point. The only way the parcel will remain fully insured at all times is to have it delivered directly to you upon receiving your signature.

Delivery Times

  • UK: 1 day (all items are posted using Royal Mail insured and guaranteed next day delivery) 
  • Europe: 1-2 days (Priority Insured)
  • Rest of the World: 2-3 days (Priority Insured)

Delivery Charges

  • UK: Free
  • Europe: £25
  • Rest of the World: £25
EU orders will be inclusive of VAT (20%).

Non EU orders are exclusive of VAT (20%) and this will be removed at the checkout.

For international shipments outside the EU, all import duties, sales taxes or other import costs, incurred at the point of entry into the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. Also, please, note that packages also can not be marked as “gifts” or “of no value” in order to avoid additional charges or taxes.

Packaging

Your jewellery will be sent to you in a lovely presentation box. Please, rest assured that we always package our items securely and safely.
